I recently stumbled across the new project by Tool's lead singer, Maynard. It's entirely unlike Tool and Perfect Circle, but looks quite interesting nonetheless. From the youtube clips, it looks like the shows are not 100% music, there are also skits and jokes during the performance.
They are coming to Columbus in March and I'm thinking of getting tickets, but really know very little about the show beyond the few clips I've seen. Has anyone seen one of these shows live yet? Worth the $ to go see if so?
Here's a clip from the first show they performed in Vegas with none other than Milla Jovovich singing.

I figure when you combine one of the hottest women on the planet with one of the most talented musicians, only good things can happen.
Those of you who think you know everything are annoying to those of us who do.

either that or Maynard has jumped the shark on this one
j/k Ruck, I'm not at all familiar with the project... That was just my first thought. But it could very well be good.

Been a fan of Tool/Maynard since I can remember, this looks like a cool project.

Puscifer's been around awhile, 6-7 years, but they haven't put out much. Some think it was Maynard's "response" to Reznor's Tapeworm, but Tapeworm ended before Puscifer even got going. (not to mention Maynard ended up being part of tapeworm for a time)
They had a song in each of the Underworlds, I recall, and one in one of the Saw movies, pretty decent.
Basically some of the same people that have been involved with Tool, APC, NIN, etc.
