Great win for you guys today. Two in a row taking out ranked opponents! Must be a great time to play football for Stanford. You're done after this year, right? I don't know whether Harbaugh will be around next season, he's upping his value right now something fierce!

Squat kinda sucks because my back isn't so great.
Bench is OK, bad shoulders.
I can powerclean 305 though. Probably my best lift. |

Ahh I'm EST and play between 3-7 sometimes when the wife is working. Every once in a while she works the whole weekend and I get a lot more play time in... I'm working on getting a promotion to manage a physician office and if it goes through I don't have to be to work until 9am rather than 7. So I might be able to hop on later as I have noticed thats when everything really goes down...
