1/25/07

A lot has happened in the past year and half since this last news update.

We played on a few free shards, one for Lineage II and one for Ultima Online. This was done to pass the time after WoW. We then went to the Everquest II PvP server Nagafen and had a lot of fun. We still have a small group playing on that server pvping. We have over 26000 pvp kills as of this posting. Vlad and Aya had their first child, Joceyln. Vanguard FFA PvP server is set to launch tomorrow and we will be playing that with a small team.

10/31/05

Wedding of Mad Vlad and Aya

Mad Vlad had his stag on this weekend. 10 PRX attended including KV, Anejo, Ronan, Rumples, Togan, Cheeseman, Korik, Garric, and Steelgun and of course Vlad himself. PG highlights included Anejo hacking into the raffles to win almost everything, Rumples and Ronan winning all the crackers in the hall, and KV having a dollar lifted off of his nose by a [edited for PG].

The next week they had a great wedding and close to 15 PRX attended.

9/28/05

Of Playoffs and Betas

In our first ever FPS league (CAL) we made the playoffs as the #9 seed and won our first playoff match vs a good team. Our total record is now 15-7 in CAL matches.

In other news, we were accepted into Darkfall Beta.

8/14/2005

Another Successful R/L Gathering

15 PRXers gathered at Rumples' and Ruggles lake house for a great weekend. Fun was had by all.

On the CAL front, we are 8-2 lifetime in matches as the season continues.

7/26/2005

Battlefield 2 Comes Storming In

We have our own ranked server and have competed in 4 matches to date, going 1-1 in scrims and 4-0 in CAL League matches. Troezen, Esher, and the rest of the BF2 team have gotten us off to a great first start.

7/5/2005

Independence Week Update

Faber led our Skullcrusher Warsong group to an impressive 4-0 in it's first night of pvp.

Thanks to Esher and donations by members, we have a dedicated and professional BF2 server up and running.

6/23/2005

Skullcrusher

We have a team now on Skullcrusher as Horde. Horde is very outnumbered on this server.

6/13/2005

WoW Slowdown and First Blood in Alterac

Upon Battleground's arrival, we hit Alterac Valley and got the first victory for The Alliance on our server. In general however, the Horde doesn't really do the 40v40 BG, preferring to PvE in the Molten Core and the smaller 10v10 arena. Yet another example of talking their baloney and not backing it up.

In general, WoW is slowing down for us. While we have no plans to pull out at this time, few core members play regularly due to the carebear nature of the game; ie half the world is a safe zone, long wait times in Alterac because of Horde's fear of it, no way to "crush" since there really is no "War" in Warcraft, and the Arthas Horde being our weakest gaming opponent to date in a MMORPG. Add to that the summer months and BF 2 about to hit, and slowtimes are here.

5/15/2005

Three Game Update

The City of Heroes team is readjusting, allowing us to thrive in The Arena [which is merely a testing ground for PVP and it has given us insight as to what builds are good for PVP and PVE]. Our Main focus is on City of Villains and the open PVP, Bases, and PVP rewards that are slated for that expansion.

In Guildwars, we have a tight-knit crew that continues to practice and build their templates and strategies. We were very successful in beta and expect to continue that success under Esher's command.

In WoW, things remain slow while we await Battlegrounds. Xiruz and Troezen have setup an allied PvE raid system to help breathe new life for those who want some PvE.

Finally, thanks to another $400 in donations, we have upgraded our premium Ventrilo to 100 capacity.

4/30/2005

Whine Whine Whine

The Honor System (pvp points) came out and history has once again repeated itself. In the first night we took out 5 Horde bosses, raided Horde major cities, and crushed them where they fled. Over the next week, all the smack talking by the Horde on the forums was once again proven to be all hot air as they whined and cried over their countless defeats. The Horde did slay a lot of AI as they hid inside their protected instances however. Unfortunately their spinelessness has made us contemplate server moves/transfers to find someone that will war in game and not on the forums.

Guildwars final came out, and we have a small but dedicated team prepping for combat.

Finally, the wedding of Ayse and Mad Vlad comes near; they met in Asheron's Call.

3/31/2005

GuildWars Weekend

Over the past two beta weekends, we went 32 wins and 12 losses (thanks to Rrakkiss and Shin of CQ who were teamed with us), getting ranked in the top 30 at one point (would have been 17th if it weren't for the mysterious losses when we were standing around not in a match). This was an improvement from being ranked 170th as we lost our ranking from 6th during the month or so we didn't play the beta weekends. This brings our overall total in GuildWars beta to 77 wins and 18 losses in 8v8 arena combat.

Also in WoW, over the past month we teamed up with our Allies CQ, IC, DoW, and ES and made 2 cracks at Onyxia, getting her to roughly 55-60% at one point.

2/24/2005

Staying the Course

WoW continues to move along. More people reaching 60 and multiple pve/pvp raids striking daily. The Horde does not put up much organized resistance, preferring to die like lambs by the hundreds for now.

1/30/2005

The New Year and WoW

The guild continues its momentum in WoW. We raided Thunder Bluff with some CQ, DoW, and ES and were the first on Arthas and possibly all of WoW to kill a major enemy NPC (Cairne Bloodhoof). We also led a Molten Core run and did well - no boss kills yet but we got close to one of them and learned quite a bit. Not much major PvP news since Battlegrounds are yet to be out.

12/25/2004

Duel Night I and the GM

We held "Duel Night I" in Nethergard Keep last week. Congratulations to Xiruz, who was the winner. We had around 30-35 combatants.

Also, near the end, a GM in the form of a Felguard, came and it took all of us about 30 minutes to take him down.

12/2/2004

Arthras Alliance

We are on Arthras, an Eastern PvP server. The "official" PvP server that was chosen by SiN and signed off on by most of the gaming world's losers, has imploded. The server was down for many days forcing many of the guilds to move to other servers.

PvP is sporadic, but on the PvE front we are ranked #1 for overall XP gained.

11/11/2004

WoW is Official

PRX will be going to World of Warcraft on the side of the Alliance.

11/6/2004

One Weekend, 6th Place

After the one weekend open trial, we made 6th place on the Guildwars ladder. http://ladder.guildwars.com/ Nice job to the team.

10/30/2004

Halloween Guild Wars

The free guildwars preview is here. PRX was formed and we leveled up and took on groups in the 8v8 arena and guild battles. We went 45 wins and 6 losses in single match guild vs guild combat and moved our rating to 1310.

10/16/2004

Long Overdue Update

PRX made it's way back to Shadowbane: Corruption. As part of CoS, and with DoO as allies, we took the lead and battled Scorned Dupies, LoD, FU, DHL, WaR, and the rest of the server's trash led by Stargod, in a world war. It was an intense conflict lasting roughly a month, with many cities and thousands on either side. When it was all said and done, we led the fight and crushed them all. Their cities were destroyed, and the cliche of "talk shit then be beaten by PRX" was here again as they quit. In a game that was touted to be the "be all and end all" for pvpers, on the server that was touted to have "the best of the best", PRX came out on top again.

From there, we hit L2 hard. In a short time, we were one of the first to hit R3 and have our guild symbol. Unfortunately, this early passion for the game hit the wall known as "level grind" and our effort petered out.

From there, KV took a short retirement and the guild floated along quietly for a time.

1/14/2004

Winter Gathering

11 of us got together at Ronan's lakehouse to relax and shoot the breeze.

10/31/2003

Halloween Scaries

This Halloween we have a few PRX going back to Shadowbane on Corruption, and a few PRX going to FFXII. Truly scary stuff!

10/22/2003

PRX is all done in SW:G. The game is truly poor.

10/13/2003

A Slow Time

It is a quiet time in the affairs of PRX. Some PRX play Shadowbane still, some PRX languish in the boredom of SW:G, and some PRX test various games.

8/26/2003

The Force and The Gathering

We had another r/l gathering last weekend. Roughly 16 people attended for a weekend of fun and Ren Faire festivities.

In Star Wars, all goes well as our side, The Rebellion, has gone 4 for 4 in the server-wide "Overt Night".

6/21/2003

Victory Parade

PRX has officially left Shadowbane today. Our team had an almost perfect run. We lead the destruction of roughly 25 cities, ground enemies such as Redemption, Combination, The Shadow Legion, The Alliance, KGB, etc under our boots. Our battle fortress, Wainwright, had enemies inside for a grand total of 20 minutes the ENTIRE time we played, and virtually suffered no damage during that time. The only war city that remained so unscathed. Some PRX are still playing at this time under the Remnants of the Swords Nation, while our guild attention has turned to overthrowing Palpatine.

6/16/2003

Smyrna Falls

KGB's city, Smyrna, falls.

6/12/2003

The Dark Side Clouds Nothing

PRX is officially on Bloodfin, our Player Association Hall was planted. The Empire's days are numbered...

6/5/2003

Independence Day Massacres

About 2 weeks ago, the Alliance, led by TheFather of The Shadow Legion, reared its ugly head by leading an entire server army of 250-300 against Val'Haven and Nothing on subsequent nights around 2am EST. Both cities were burned to some degree and baned.

From then on, PRX took the lead and brought the fight to the Alliance, killing, burning, and camping their towns almost 24/7. Both banes on Val'Haven and Nothing were defeated, while the Alliance suffered horrible losses, including the total destruction of 18 Alliance cities: Wealth and Retribtion, Sanctuary, Tear, Black Keep, Morning Glory, The Shadow Legion, Tyrants of War, Crimson Rose, Never River Heights, Tempest, Nightfall, The Den, Arx Fortis, Tempus, Metus Arcis, Mortum, Chaotica, Hellespont.

We were outnumbered roughly 3200 to 1600 based on ToL population #s.

5/30/2003

R30 Leaders/Entire Subguild Banned

I know this isn't PRX news, but BoneDancer and Angus quit while another leader was banned for duping/stat hacking exploits and one of their entire subguilds was banned en masse for another exploit. Same old R30 guilds, need to cheat to compete! At the same time, The Regulators and KoC (Blood) were implicated in using R30's duped gold to build their own fortresses.

5/25/2003

Vorsgaar Keep Ventilated

Their city is no more.

5/24/2003

Yellow Turban Rebels Burns

Their city is no more.

5/23/2003

Remnants Fall

Today Wind was burned and the ToL taken down.

5/22/2003

Combination Folds, Vorsgaar Baned

After another night where we ransacked Lao Ying and camped Valkyr for hours netting a ton of kills, Combination has folded (after 2.5 days of war). Combine deleted their city and left Shadowbane, and their sub cities are all due to be finished as their banes come live. Vorsgaar Keep, an ally of the old Combination, was baned this afternoon.

5/20/2003

Combination Goes to War

Due to a complex situation, Combine and their sub cities went to war with CoS and PRX against CoS's enemies. This new alliance of KGB, Redemption, Combine, Shadowclan, Nox, and Vorsgaar Keep began the war with a raid on Val'Haven, the capitol of CoS.

The next week saw the burning and baning of 3 Combination cities, Wind, Lao Ying, and Valkyr, where nothing that was unprotected was left standing. Double Edged Seat, a CoS city, was also baned. During this week many massive fights have been waged day in and day out, with horrific body counts on both sides. The armies of CoS have won almost all major engagements, even while being outnumbered 2400 to 2000 (total city populations).

5/9/2003

The Alliance Takes a Beating

In a full day and night of action led by PRX, we once again put Sanctuary to the torch, crushed an attack on Wainwright and ValHaven, and saw the utter destruction of Skye and its subsequent removal from the map.

5/7/2003

PvP Tournament Victory

Angrard led a team of 10 in an arena competition that we won.

5/2/2003

Sanctuary Burned

A PRX led siege laid waste to Sanctuary, home of KGB, Redemption Remnants, and FSS. Estimated kills 200+.

4/25/2003

Redemption and FSS Become Homeless

PRX took part in Treachery's 1st successful siege with the destruction and control of New Cambrium. Many immense battles took place until our final victory.

4/21/2003

Treachery Heats Up

During the past week, PRX led raids into many enemy cities. Nkuru, Shadowclan city was our 1st, holding the ToL area for about an hour. From there we hit the server's largest city, New Cambrium of Redemption, and held it for many hours and slaughtered many residents. We left after about 3 hours. We also held Sanctuary, KGB town, and Skye, a large open city, twice. In all cases, mass battles took place.

4/4/2003

The Bloody Swamp

PRX launched a large incursion into Redemption Island. We raze the interior of Nothing, and fight 3 large battles outside of Redemption's city, New Cambruim. In the 1st open field battle, our force of 40 overcame 50-60 Redemptionites. We moved onto their city and fought a long protracted fight within sight of their gates. Eventually, with reinforcing lines so close for our enemies, we were forced to withdraw with a small force. We regrouped and hit their city again, this time reaching their front gates and fighting another epic fight. Eventually attrition wore us down and New Cambruim's defenders beat us back. This raid was done before any siege engines were on the server, and fun was had by all.

3/30/2003

Wainwright Gold is forged on Treachery.

3/10/2003

And the Snow Ran Red

PRX led a CoS siege against one of the House Daneayr Nation towns, Amarna today. Our force of about 50 faced more than 200 defenders from close to 10 Nations...and came within an inch of squeeking out a victory. We lost our 50 and slew in total more than 200 (multiple waves). We torched some of the town and were about 5 minutes from destroying the Tree of Life, but wave upon wave of enemies from all corners of the server eventually took us down with the Tree of Life in flames and deranked twice. This was an epic battle that raged on for hours. Later, the force that unseated our siege came and sieged Wainwright, our fortress, and were killed outside our walls with our town taking no damage.

2/28/2003

More Newtrilbearz Torched

Sense a recurring theme? PRX town with 37 people vs 6 towns with about 400 people and we are crushing them. Taking out their leveling groups, making incursions into their towns and torching buildings, and fighting off their siege attempts on us. The guilds we are crushing are House Daneyr, Lords of Death, Morloch Horde, and Lok Ri Nation.

1/12/2003

More Newtrilbearz Torched

Shadow Alliance, a guild who leveled in peace and now assaults the Covenant of Swords, our Nation, was torched this morning in a PRX led siege.

1/5/2003

Mithril Alliance Torched

The Mithril Alliance, a "supposed" group of honorable role playing Dwarves (who punked out for peace and leveling with murderous thugs like DDH and Deathhead Legion to join 90% of the server in 1 huge alliance) had their town torched by a PRX led siege today. They fled onto the horizon screaming, in RP fashion of course "d00d we iz newtrilz, dont u no wut that meens? PEECE!!" We have also, as part of CoS, rebuffed 4 or 5 major sieges by the Armies of Thuggery and Buggery on Stormwood.

New Year Update

We had 19 people show up to our real life gathering in Connecticut to see The Two Towers.

In the newest build of SB Beta, we joined with the Covenant of Swords, the only force that fights the overwhelming PK hordes in the beta (as of this writing, they have 15 towns and 442 people) all allied together in one large army of Thuggery and Buggery. 15 towns vs 1 and yet we still stand. The rest of the server has peace with the PK hordes out of fear. Unfortunately we still only have about 8 beta accounts. However, even with that few we still had the very 1st successful siege of the new build, crushing Bidonk Adonk town.

Thanksgiving Update

Posted by Vent on November 23, 2002

Guild action is somewhat slow and fragmented. AC2 retail is out and we are not going to play as a guild. SB beta continues to go along with large leaps in playability. We have 2 towns up and are fighting some of our old enemies, DDH. We gain a few solid members during our time here. We have a weekly NWN group playing on Fridays, and also have a skilled force in BF1942, with some of the best players in the game competing. A real life gathering December 21 is all set to go as well, with PRX going to hit the theatre to watch "The Two Towers". Finally, Oak has revamped the website with the Portal System.

PRX Leaves Andred, Preps for the Future

Posted by Vent on Saturday, September 7 2002

After a short stay on Andred, PRX has left the server (and DAoC for the most part). Our success on Andred was marginal, with a month stay at #3 for realm points, top 10 for our entire stay, and 1 successful relic raid. Thanks to all our friends and enemies in DAoC for the good times. We continue to test SB and AC2, with plans to go to AC2 when it goes live.

A New Look for Andred, Hartford is Born

Posted by Vent on Wednesday, August 21 2002

Bekoz took over as Captain of the Andred PvP server ship. PRX on Andred had a large roster shake up, as a large # of new recruits left PRX and turned to slaughtering newbies as they hit 50, and some Full Members left for greener pastures. Unfortunately the "DAoC PvP Server" is an oxymoron for most of us, and our involvement wanes. In Shadowbane Beta, our 1st walled town, "Hartford" has been built, thanks in large part to Rabican's hard work.

Happy 3 Year Anniversary to PRX!

Posted by Vent on Wednesday, August 7 2002

Today PRX celebrates its 3 year anniversary as online gaming's staunchest Antis. Thanks to all who made this possible.

Asheron Calls Twice...

Posted by Vent on Wednesday, August 7 2002

PRX has hit the beaches of Asheron's Call 2 Beta. I wonder if Turbine will continue to allow the rampant use of bugs, hacks, and cheats in their new creation as they did in AC?

Andred Update

Posted by Vent on Friday, July 26 2002

The Andred team continues to make good progress, moving up to #3 on the RP totals, #1 for all non gank/rpk guilds. We also earned the #2 overall guild power ranking. Speaking of gank/rpk guilds, Mythic, like UO and AC before them, allows the use of cheats by Conquest, a guild banned from EQ for exploiting and who's GM admitted using Odins Eye in DAoC, a hack, because he needs it to compete. This puts Conquest into the trashbin of loser guilds such as TR, SiN, and TM who need to exploit to compete.

PRX Shadowbane Beta is Formed!

Posted by Vent on Saturday, July 20 2002

Last night PRX was officially formed in Shadowbane Beta.

DAoC PvP Server Andred 1st 14 days

Posted by Vent on Saturday, July 20 2002

PRX hit the DAoC PvP server Andred hard, and in it's 1st 14 days, once again showed what it's made of. We are currently 7th overall for realm points (1st overall for Anti guilds). Those ahead of us are newbie gankers and therefore have more ways to accrue RPs. We are listed 5th overall for Power Rankings on the server, and have the 2nd best spread of levels in the game. Our KOS list has somewhere around 70 guilds on it. And our old so-called enemies? Once again showing that their only arena of expertise is the message board. DDH/SiN and TR are falling apart under the weight of 100 12 year olds like a boulder ontop of a wet napkin.

4th Real Life PRX Gathering Announced

Posted by Vent on Sunday, June 16 2002

Reno Nevada, October 11-13 at Harrah's Reno. We have a super package going on for room rates etc. PRX and friends of PRX invited to attend, post for more information.

Mordred Beta Update

Posted by Vent on Saturday, June 15 2002

As of today, our alliance of PRX, Combine, Ravensworn, and Defenders of Order hold all 6 relics and is #1 on the server for RPs. As a guild, we are #2 on the server for RPs. Nice work, a good solid training for final.

Landfall: Mordred Beta

Posted by Vent on Monday, June 3 2002

We got into Mordred Beta phase 2 on Friday, and by Sunday, we were #4 in RPs, gaining 22k with the guild average level being 10-12. We left our original alliance due to SUN, IceClan, Da'Kor, and Skona Raiders being rampant murderers, then proceeded to crush them with our allies Combine.

Message boards come home!

Posted by Oak on Thursday, May 30 2002

Finally we have the message boards on the same server as the web site. Should be much, much faster now. Thanks to Lost for holding the fort until I could get this sorted out.

Did we have fun in New Orleans?

PRX goes to New Orleans!

A group of PRX members just finished up a gathering in the Big Easy, New Orleans! Members came from as far away as London, England to attend.

PRX Sends Expeditionary Force to Lancelot Hibernia

Posted by Vent on Saturday, May 11 2002

We formed a team on Lancelot Hibernia to level up there and test out the realm and classes before Mordred. The name is "PRx"

PRX Accepted into Mordred Beta

Posted by Vent on Friday, May 10 2002

We expect the call-up to happen in about a month.

Nimue Albion Front shrinks, Mordred beckons

Posted by Vent on Thursday, April 25 2002

We went hard and fast to Albion Nimue. Unfortunately, the effort petered out as the leveling grind took its toll. A small group is still on Nimue but not a concerted guild-wide effort. Most PRX have returned to Merlin Midgard. With the announcement of the new PvP server coming, our involvement in Merlin has slowed as well, as we "recharge" for the coming world known as...Mordred.

PRX opens up a new front

Posted by Vent on Monday, March 25 2002

Due to the lack of action and stagnancy on Merlin, PRX has officially created a second, sister guild on Albion Nimue. We chose Albion Nimue because they are currently losing, and it is one of the smaller/newer servers. PRX is NOT quitting Merlin or leaving it. You will still see PRX in Merlin, just not as frequently until things change on Merlin. There is no mandatory move to Nimue, feel free to play either or both.

Operation: Endgame

Posted by Vent on Monday, March 11 2002

Today, in hours of fighting, Midgard took the final relic from Albion. We now hold all the server's relics AND to boot, are the only server currently that has Midgard winning.

And the snow was turned red with blood

Posted by Vent on Sunday, March 10 2002

Last night, Albion and Hibernia teamed up to assault Midgard. Some of the most epic fights ever in a MMORPG took place, with armies of hundreds duking it out in Odin's Gate and Jamtland Mountains. When it was all over, Midgard was the victor.

The Albion relic is earned

Posted by Vent on Thursday, March 7 2002

The forces of Midgard today executed a long campaign against Albion and after many hours...the Albion power relic is now in our hands.Merlin Midgard now holds 5 of the 6 relics on our server.

Midgard still in command of Merlin

Posted by Vent on Sunday, March 3 2002

At the beginning of March 2002, Midgard, still under constant assaults from both Albion and Hibernia, continues its defense of the 2 Hibernian relics. We make 3 attempts to take the Albion relic (the same one we DID take but due to Mythic bugs could not complete), once being thwarted by a server crash, and the other 2 times being thwarted by the Albion defense. In our last attempt Vent had the relic in his hands, but 30 seconds too late to get it to safety.PRX continues its lead with the most RPs of all guilds on the Merlin server, and in 4th place for the entire game. Also, we organized and led a coalition of 11 guilds in killing the Dragon, the 1st time it has happened on Merlin, and 3rd time it has happened in the entire game. Finally, as soon as the Keep Ownership patch went live, we claimed the Hibernian Merchant Keep as our own.

PRX obtains prx-guild.com domain!

Hibernia Loses Its Relics, TM, SiN, RDK, TF, TP Fold

Posted by Vent on Wednesday, January 9 2002

PRX led the peoples of Midgard in a devestating assualt upon Hibernia. When it was all over, both relics were in our posession and the paper coalition of The Mercs, SiN, RDK, The Feared, and The Pluggers, quit in defeat (as expected).Since then it has been relatively quiet on Merlin. The team continues to grow and add quality people. Oak has done a nice job on redoing the website.

Update

Posted by Oak on Wednesday, November 7 2001

We had a r/l gathering in CT last month, about 20 PRX attended and we had a great time having fun with old friends.DAoC goes very well, with PRX being a co-sponsor of the game's 1st successful siege, and then continued on and took all 7 of Hibernia's keeps as well as 2 of Albions. Currently, the Midgard we fight for is crushing Albion and Hibernia at the same time. Our smiths, Majo and Gaezah, also created the 1st sets of Asterite in the game, so kudos to them and all the selfless PRX who donated to the fund. Also, the PRX voice comms server went live a while ago, and stability seems good. Instructions on how to set it up can be found to the left at the menu.

DAoC Beta Progresses

Posted by Oak on Friday, September 21 2001

PRX heavily involved in DAoC beta. Things going well.

We are in DAoC Beta!

Posted by Oak on Wednesday, August 1 2001

We were accepted into the Dark Age of Camelot Beta and are thankful for that opportunity

All is quiet

7/18/2001

We recently have become on fire for Dark Age of Camelot and are soaking up all the information we can. We also submitted an application for their guild beta and have high hopes for that as well. A real life gathering in Connecticut is slated for late August. Under the heading "same old story" Asherons Call has more new cheats, including a hex editing hack that allows game functions to be ignored. GEAR continues to work

New website live

6/1/2001

Thanks to Aurok, our new website goes live. We officially left AC last month due to the proliferation of game ruining cheats (IP flooder, stat hacks, money exploits) and hacks and Turbine's spineless refusal to ban users of such. Many of our team still plays but under a different monarchy tag, The Ancient Order. Some of us also are playing TRIBES II, our clan name being 'The Professionals". Shadowbane Beta 2 has just started.

Update

4/8/2001

Despite gaining more good members and growing our core, even more game-ruining cheats come out in AC, including some 3rd party hacks that allow stats to be hacked. On a positive side, a bunch of us gathered in Worcester Mass for a gathering. Also, some of us are now in TRIBES II. Shadowbane Beta hasnt begun yet.

Ilhana Merges With PRX, AC Ruination With Cheats

In AC the Ilhana monarchy has merged with us, bringing the monarchy to around 500 vassals. AC continues to be ruined by the "godmode" cheats. We have spent a lot of time stopping the experience train of GEN lately, camping their leveling spots for tons of kills and fertilizing our home turf with their dead.

To ring in the New Year the Plateau PK coalition threatened publicly to take our new home. Our response was the most devastating to date, spending 710 minutes (almost 12 hours in total) in a three and a half day span in their town, wracking up an even 100 kills and losing just 4. Their leader, Foresaken (who later moved to a non-PvP server), was killed at least 8 times during this span.

12/12/2000

The Professionals move to Dryreach, a walled city. Azile and a small group of PKs from KoC are ousted. The town becomes closed to all save us and our allies.

11/26/2000

This Thanksgiving we give thanks to the entire PK town of Glenden Wood for using the portal log cheats to escape death. We have been hitting Glenden Wood constantly, leaving it full of PK corpses that do not make it to the portal in time. Our attention turned there since the Plateau PK coalition fled to another town. Stonehold, our town, has seen some heavy action to date as well, with the majority of raids being thwarted by a brave defense. Those raids that do succeed can mostly be attributed to the use of the infamous “godmode” cheats. At this time Turbine chooses to make apple pies stackable rather than fix such cheats.

11/1/2000

The Plateau PK coalition, forgetting about its first crushing, rears its ugly head once again. This time our response was so devastating by our team that most of them, when not using the portal log out cheat, moved out to a town deep out in the Direlands, Ayan Baquer, to escape slaughter, leaving Plateau a virtual ghost town up until this point.

The monarchy in AC has grown past 220 vassals. A lot of solid people have joined, however we are enacting a vassal freeze for a bit until they can all be properly brought into the fold. At least one of us got into the Shadowbane Beta test and we are looking forward to that.

8/12/2000

As the major participant in the Stonehold/Plateau war, we won a convincing victory over an alliance of PK monarchies who underestimated the strength of those who carry Justice’s banner into the fire. After a week of constant assaults, the PK coalition backed down and sued for peace.

8/1/2000

AC remains stable. Hopes are high for Shadowbane.

6/2/200

All is well in AC. Many fights with PKs take place and we gain some solid members.

5/10/2000

KV is back in AC, getting an established account, “Colonel Coward”. Ronan will remain the AC monarch. The monarchy now has more than 100 members and continues to uphold its strong reputation. Some new members are added to the team after distinguished service.

4/16/2000

The AC team continues to gain quality members and fight for justice, with many successful defenses of the few innocents in Dereth.

2/21/2000

KV has left AC due to the total lack of character in the player base and has handed operations of the monarchy in the capable hands of Ronan who will continue leading the only, the staunchest, the most non-nuetral Anti-PKs ever seen in Dereth. Also, thanks to Chin-Po and his ISP company, we have our own PvP UOX shard that is open to members and non-members. As of now we have more than 30 accounts in its first week of operation.

2/13/2000

Webpage updated. A lot of members have been removed because they either left gaming or went their own way after the virtual disbanding of our guild in UO. AC remains stable.

1/24/2000

The AC monarchy continues to grow well, with me becoming rank 4 and 60 vassals under me. Many thanks to Doc Morbid Ph for his strong recruiting and helping of new members.

12/29/1999

The UO team has a new leader, joey sammons. He will take control of the stone and wars on the UO side. The AC team continues to engage in a lot of leveling and fighting. New screenshots up from AC that tell the same old tale…Mercs cheating.

12/9/1999

The team grows well in AC. Multiple skirmishes have happened all over the map, one notable battle being when KV and Zephyrus joined by Schattenkind and Thunderstorm of the Black Rose took our 9 Hal Bare (SiN) members multiple times in and around Fort Tethana. On the UO side, RiKKa has left and we wish her well, and we are looking for new leadership in UO.

11/25/1999

Webpage updated with the AC PK list. Combat continues in Holtburg proper to keep it free from the trash that preys on the weak. Joey sammons has led multiple strike teams over the past 2 weeks in UO with good success. Some new teams join us and some new wars are added in UO.

10/26/1999

A super heavy night of combat. A dozen or so battles raged between our PvP base and the East Britain PpA/DD stronghold and the SSJ guildstone. Total kills were around 35, but a heavy price was paid with losses not far off at around 25.

10/21/1999

The Professional decide to heed Asheron’s Call and join Darktide, the PvP server.

10/6/1999

One of the heaviest nights of combat to date. Multiple skirmishes were fought in and around the East Britain crossroads, our PvP base, and Deceit, over a 3-4 hour period. Total kills were around 25, while losses were between 11-13. Thanks to our allies that bled with us.

9/19/1999

The warstone becomes listed in the top 10. The only warstone on Atlantic that represents total war on the scum of the Atlantic server. Any and all PK guilds (and their allies) will be warred.

8/11/1999

The Professionals form from a large group that broke away from The Syndicate. Soon after we ally with Wolfsbane, an old and staunch Anti guild.
